摘要

Abstract

[Purpose/Significance]Exploring the formation mechanism of network user information cocoon from the perspective of ternary interaction would not only help to reduce the negative impact of the information cocoon on network users,but also help to clear the network space and optimize the network information ecology.[Method/Process]This study constructed an analytical framework for the formation mechanism of network user information cocoon based on social cogni-tive theory,focusing on three dimensions:personal,behavioral,and environmental factors.Taking Douban group users as the research object,it used literature review and semi-structured interviews to identify the influencing factors of network user information cocoon and applied fsQCA to recognize the key factors.Finally,the study conducted ternary interaction analysis of these key factors and provided recommendations.[Results/Conclusion]Community influence,algorithmic char-acteristics,and the information environment in the environmental dimension,along with information preferences and user perceptions in the individual dimension,and individual information filtering and convergence behaviors in the behavioral dimension are the key factors contributing to the formation of network user information cocoon.These factors interact and further deepen the information cocoon.
