Research on the Scientific and Technological Intelligence Linked Supply Service Mode for Double-Chain Integration
摘要
Abstract
[Purpose/Significance]Aiming at the intelligence service scenario of the integration of the industrial chain and the innovation chain,this study provides linked supply services through the engineering,process,and virtual-real combination of scientific and technological intelligence to facilitate the effective promotion and implementation of the inte-gration of the two chains.[Method/Process]This study adopted the semi-structured interview method to investigate the cu-rrent situation of scientific and technological intelligence services of the dual-chain main institutions,identified important service scenarios,and comprehensively applied the theory of intelligence components and parallel intelligent thoughts under the traction of service scenarios.The dynamic integration of scientific and technological intelligence resources is completed through the dynamic combination of intelligence components,and the parallel intelligent system is used as the intelligence"laboratory"to interact with the real world in a virtual and real way.Thus,a scientific and technological intelli-gence linkage supply service model featuring horizontal component linkage and vertical virtual-real linkage is constructed;Taking the field of power battery recycling as an example,three scenarios of dual-chain integration point identification,joint technological research and development by the main subject,and transfer and transformation of scientific and techno-logical achievements in this field are selected to elaborate the application and value of the service model proposed in this paper in the actual dual-chain integration scenarios.[Result/Conclusion]This study explores the deconstruction of the three major intelligence components:data components,subject components,and functional components.Based on the dynamic combination of the three,a technology intelligence linkage supply service model for dual-chain integration is con-structed,and it is corrected and improved based on the parallel intelligent system.关键词
