从"感知"到"追赶":情景—应对双视角下的关键核心技术攻关路径研究
From"Perception"to"Catch-Up":Research on the Cracking Path of Key Core Technologies From the Perspective of Scenario-Response

Abstract
[Purpose/Significance]In the face of the status quo that the key core technologies are restricted by others and the key technological fields have been"strangled"for a long time,we urgently needs to improve the level of scientific and technological research and development,and fight the battle of the key core technologies according to different techno-logical scenarios.[Method/Process]This study distinguished key core technologies in two dimensions according to the theory of intelligence perception and the theory of technology catching up,and formed the scenario characteristics of the technology in this way.After that,the study drew on the scenario-response theory to provide corresponding attack strate-gies for different technology scenarios.[Result/Conclusion]The scenario-coping theory characterizes different technologies with different scenario features,and for the four different types of technological scenarios,subversion strategy,ice-breaking strategy,occupying strategy and attacking strategy is proposed respectively,which improves the strategic guid-ance for China's key core technology attack.关键词
