Abstract
Objective To investigate the current status and influencing factors of emergency patient satisfaction,propose improvement suggestions,and provide a decision-making basis for hospitals to enhance patients' medical experience and satisfac-tion.Methods A questionnaire survey was conducted among emergency patients using random sampling.Descriptive statistics were used to analyze the current status of emergency patient satisfaction,and principal component analysis was applied to explore the influencing factors.Results The satisfaction score of emergency patients in the hospital was 4.75,indicating a relatively high overall satisfaction level.Service quality,rights protection,and environmental facilities were identified as significant factors influencing emergency patient satisfaction.Conclusion Hospitals should further improve service quality,strengthen rights pro-tection,and enhance the medical environment to boost patient satisfaction and promote high-quality development of the hospital.关键词
