督脉隔姜蒜灸配合穴位埋线治疗肾阳虚型围绝经期综合征疗效观察
Efficacy of ginger-garlic moxibustion on governor vessel combined with acupoint implantation on perimenopausal syndrome with kidney Yang deficiency syndrome

Abstract
Objective It is to investigate the efficacy of ginger-garlic moxibustion on governor vessel combined with acupoint implantation in the treatment of perimenopausal syndrome(PMS)with kidney Yang deficiency syndrome,and its effects on patients'negative emotions,serum hormones,anti-Müllerian hormone(AMH)and neurotransmitters.Methods A total of 120 PMS patients with kidney Yang deficiency syndrome treated in Liuyang Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medi-cine from April 2021 to June 2024 were enrolled,and were randomly divided into western medicine group(n=40),tradi-tional Chinese medicine(TCM)group(n=40)and integrated Chinese and western medicine group(n=40)by random envelope method.The western medicine group was treated with sequential estrogen-progesterone therapy,the TCM group was treated with ginger-garlic moxibustion on governor vessel combined with acupoint implantation,the integrated therapy group was treated with sequential estrogen-progesterone therapy plus ginger-garlic moxibustion on governor vessel with acu-point implantation.28 days as one treatment course,and all the three groups were treated for one treatment course.The modified Kupperman Menopause Index(KMI)scores,TCM syndrome scores,Self-Rating Anxiety Scale(SAS)scores,Self-Rating Depression Scale(SDS)scores,and serum levels of sex hormones[luteinizing hormone(LH),follicle-stimu-lating hormone(FSH),estradiol(E2)],anti-Müllerian hormone(AMH)and neurotransmitters[5-hydroxytryptamine(5-HT),β-endorphin(β-EP)]of patients before and after treatment were compared among the three groups,the treatment efficacy was evaluated and the occurrence of adverse reaction was counted in the three groups.Results After treatment,the KMI scores,TCM syndrome scores,SAS scores,SDS scores,and serum levels of FSH,LH and AMH in all the three groups were significantly lower than those before treatment(all P<0.05),and the KMI scores,TCM syndrome scores,SAS scores,SDS scores,and serum levels of FSH,LH and AMH group in the integrated therapy group were significantly lower than those in the western medicine group and TCM group(all P<0.05),the SAS scores,SDS scores,and serum levels of FSH,LH and AMH in the western medicine group were significantly lower than those in the TCM group(all P<0.05).After treatment,the serum levels of E2,5-HT and β-EP in all the three groups were significantly higher than those before treatment(all P<0.05),the levels of these three indicators in the integrated therapy group were significantly higher than those in the western medicine group and TCM groups(all P<0.05),while the western medicine group was signifi-cantly higher than the TCM group(all P<0.05).The total effective rate was 92.5%(37/40)in the integrated therapy group,80.0%(32/40)in the western medicine group,and 75.0%(30/40)in the TCM group,there was no statistically significant difference among the three groups(P>0.05).During treatment,the western medicine group reported 3 cases of breast tenderness and 1 case of dizziness/headache,no significant adverse reactions occurred in the TCM group,the in-tegrated therapy group reported 2 cases of breast tenderness,all the symptoms were mild in severity.Conclusion Ginger-garlic moxibustion on governor vessel combined with acupoint implantation can improve clinical symptoms,alleviates nega-tive emotions,and regulates serum levels of sex hormones and neurotransmitter in patients with perimenopausal syndrome.However,this therapy shows no significant advantage over conventional western medication alone,but the efficacy can be improved when combined with western drugs.关键词
