摘要
Abstract
As a staunch believer in the'rule of law+ecology',a loyal practitioner,and a persistent fighter,the procuratorial organs'ecological prosecution of ecological environment and resource protection is an essential force in promoting the construction of ecological civilization and environmental protection.For ecological and envi-ronmental protection as well as resource conservation prosecutorial work,it is crucial to be guided by Xi Jinping thought on eco-civilization,grounded in a people-centered approach,the perspective of the times,and the vision of a community with a shared future.Following Xi Jinping thoughts on the rule of law as core principles,efforts should concentrate on developing a specialized system for ecological prosecution and improving the professional skills of ec-ological prosecutors.关键词
