利益相关者视域下中国科技小院可持续发展研究
Research on the Sustainable Development of China Science and Technology Backyard from the Perspective of Stakeholders

Abstract
Based on the stakeholder theory,we conducted a study on the sustainable development of Science and Technology Backyard,utilizing the'Power-Interest'analysis method to reveal the dynamic evolution trajectory of the subjects of interest of the STB at different stages of development,and focusing on the interests of the subjects through static analysis to analyze the realistic dilemmas and put forward suggestions.The results show that:the de-velopment of the STB presents a general development trend of'Leading Subjects as Leaders,Supporting Subjects as Supporters,Beneficiary Subjects as Practitioners,and Marginalized Subjects as Disseminators';the'power'and in-terests of multiple subjects in the evolution of the STB present dynamic evolution characteristics;the interests of all parties are both interdependent and different,and the synergistic effect needs to be further improved.Accordingly,it is proposed to construct a cross-level collaborative governance mechanism,strengthening resource integration,constructing a long-term benefit-sharing mechanism,and enhancing the function of media dissemination,so as to provide references for promoting the sustainable development of the STB.关键词
