珠三角新型城镇化的都市圈发展测度与机制研究
Research on the Measurement and Mechanism of Metropolitan Area Development in the New Urbanization of the Pearl River Delta

Abstract
A comprehensive evaluation system for new urbanization was established,encompassing 5 dimen-sions:economic development,social culture,ecological environment,public services,and residents'quality of life.The entropy method and coupling coordination degree evaluation model were employed to analyze the changes in the level of new urbanization across metropolitan areas and cities within the Pearl River Delta from 2018 to 2022.The findings indicate that the overall development level of new urbanization in the Pearl River Delta has experienced slight fluctuations,demonstrating a trend of being driven by core cities.The coupling coordination degree of the Zhuhai-Zhongshan-Jiangmen metropolitan area has decreased,reflecting the insufficient leadership and radiation capacity of its central city.In contrast,the coupling coordination degree of the Guangzhou-Foshan-Zhaoqing metro-politan area has improved;yet,Zhaoqing exhibits a noticeable marginalization trend.The coupling coordination de-gree of the Shenzhen-Dongguan-Huizhou metropolitan area has declined,while Shenzhen's status as a central city has been reinforced.Based on these insights,recommendations are proposed regarding government guidance,exter-nal environmental optimization,transportation network enhancement,population aggregation,industrial develop-ment,and social security improvement,aiming to provide valuable references for advancing new urbanization in the Pearl River Delta and other metropolitan regions nationwide.关键词
