东北虎豹国家公园人兽冲突的困境与对策研究
Research on the Dilemma of Human-Wildlife Conflict and Countermeasures for Mitigation in Northeast Tiger Leopard National Park

Abstract
In the context of the nation's advancing ecological civilization strategy and the rapid development of the national park system in the new era,this study concentrates on the Northeast China Tiger and Leopard National Park,which encompasses the largest wild populations and habitats of breeding Amur tigers and Amur leopards.The research aims to address the escalating issue of human-wildlife conflict.By analyzing the current situation of human-wildlife conflict in Northeast Tiger Leopard National Park and the dilemmas faced by human-wildlife conflict,and combining with the existing preventive measures such as pre-emptive measures and post-compensatory measures,the study proposes to clarify the relationship of land ownership,ecological restoration of habitats,improve the scien-tific and reasonable compensation mechanism for the damage caused by wildlife,build a community co-management system,improve the monitoring and early warning system,and strengthen the pre-emptive measures,to effectively mitigate the current situation of human-wildlife conflict and promote the harmony between human beings and nature,and improve the level of China's ecological civilization construction.关键词
