数字素养对县级政府绩效感知的影响研究
The Impact of Digital Literacy on Perceived Performance of County-Level Government:The Chain Mediating Role of Political Information Exposure and Political Trust

Abstract
County-level government is the basic unit of digital government construction,and clarifying the relationship between digital literacy and county-level government performance perception plays a key role in advancing the construction of digital government in the new era,but current discussions on the relationship between the two are relatively limited.Based on the 2016,2018 and 2020 China Family Panel Studies(CFPS)data,this paper empirically analyzes the influencing mechanism of digital literacy on county-level government performance perception using the Oprobit model and the mediation test model.It is found that digital literacy can significantly and positively affect county-level government performance perceptions with urban-rural heterogeneity and age heterogeneity.Digital literacy can indirectly affect county-level government performance perception through political information exposure and political trust,and there is a chain mediation effect of political information exposure and political trust between digital literacy and county-level government performance perception.Therefore,it is recommended to systematically enhance public perception of county-level government performance by promoting comprehensive digital service projects,implementing differentiated digital promotion strategies,constructing an all-media political communication pattern and exploring data-intelligent public-government interaction models.关键词
