Research on Risk Management of Intervention in the Theatrical and Film Industry Through AI Co-Creative Governance Frameworks

Abstract
Artificial intelligence technology is profoundly reshaping the creative ecosystem and management paradigms of the theater,film,and television industries.While data-driven algorithms significantly accelerate the efficiency of script generation,virtual production,and image syn-thesis,this data dependency simultaneously introduces governance risks including ambiguous copyright ownership and heightened vulnerability to privacy breaches.To address these challenges,this text proposes establishing a human-centered,responsibility-defined,and dynamically bal-anced AI co-creation governance model.During the data input phase,ethical screening and bias correction should be strengthened;at the creative generation stage,AI collaborative innovation mechanisms must be established;throughout the ethical review process,multi-level value assess-ments and algorithm transparency should be implemented;and in the artistic sublimation phase,the infusion of human creators' emotions and their rights to cultural interpretation must be safeguarded.This approach resolves ethical risks inherent in AI by constructing a trinity governance framework integrating institutional constraints,organizational coordination,and technological enablement,thereby propelling the theater,film,and television industries toward dynamic equilibrium that achieves both efficiency leaps and steadfast preservation of humanistic values.关键词
