Evolution and Insights of the Communist Party of China's Xizang Governance Strategy Since Reform and Opening-Up

Abstract
Since the reform and opening-up,the Communist Party of China(CPC)has achieved remarkable success in Xizang,forming a distinctive governance strategy.This approach has safeguarded national unity and ethnic solidarity while promoting comprehensive socioeconomic development in Xizang.The evolution of the CPC's Xizang governance strategy spans initial economic reforms and infrastructure development,followed by targeted poverty alleviation and ecological civilization efforts,culminating in the"Ten Musts"strategy of the new era.Each phase reflects the CPC's people-centered development philosophy and deep understanding of Xizang's unique conditions.The strategy's success lies in adhering to principles such as Party leadership,people-first policies,rule of law,and prosperity for Xizang,while empha-sizing local adaptation and innovative development to align with changing times and region-al realities.Moving forward,continuing and refining this strategy will be crucial for advan-cing Xizang's modernization and sustaining its prosperity and stability.关键词
