银龄关怀:拉萨市推动社区养老服务的生动实践及提升策略
Lhasa's Vibrant Practice and Strategies for Enhancing Community Elderly Care Services
摘要
Abstract
People have varying needs at different life stages.Analyzing elderly needs through Maslow's hierarchy reveals that,regardless of ability level,older adults have physiologi-cal,safety,social,esteem,and self-actualization needs to varying degrees.In recent years,Lhasa has adhered to a people-centered development philosophy,strengthening community elderly care through policy support,institutional safeguards,and social partici-pation.This has led to the establishment and improvement of facilities such as day care centers,special care centers,and elderly service stations.However,due to the late start and low baseline of community elderly care,supply-demand contradictions persist,and gaps remain in achieving high-quality services.To address this,enhancements are needed in policy support,resource integration,technological innovation,social participa-tion,and community collaboration to improve the quality and efficiency of elderly care,meet diverse needs,and build an efficient,comprehensive,and accessible service system,promoting the high-quality development of Lhasa's community elderly care.关键词
