软包硬化小盒商标纸关键技术参数的优化及应用
Optimization and application of key technical parameters for label paper used in hardened soft packets
摘要
Abstract
To address the issue of decreased production efficiency due to the hardening of packet label paper for soft cigarette packets,the label paper for"Shuangxi"packets was used as the research object,the effects of dynamic friction coefficient,indentation stiffness,coating in the bonding area,the design of jagged die cut lines in the bonding area,and the effects from water absorption value of the back side of the packet label paper on the stable operating speed of the packaging machine were analyzed,and an optimized combination scheme for key technical parameters used for the hardened label paper of soft packets was proposed balancing both the production efficiency and stability of the packaging machine.The results showed that:1)The controlled range of the dynamic friction coefficient for the packet label paper within 0.170-0.250 was conducive to the adaptability of packet label paper during the high-speed operation of the packaging equipment.2)By aligning the direction of long paper fiber parallel to the vertical indentation line of the cigarette packets,controlling crease stiffness at(30±5)gf in the vertical direction and(35±5)gf in the horizontal direction,increasing the white ink coating in the bonding area under the condition that the white ink coating in the bonding area firmly bonded to the paper below,adopting the W-shaped"fish scale pattern"serrated lines arrangement,using a pressing mold with the depth of 0.147 mm and blade opening angle of 75°,and controlling the water absorption value of the back side of the paper at(20.0±1.5)g/m2,the adhesive property of the hardened label paper of the soft packets could be improved.3)After adopting the optimized combination scheme of these technical parameters,the stable operating speed of the packaging machine increased from 225-230 packets per minute to 320-330 packets per minute,which significantly boosted the production efficiency of the hardened soft cigarette packets.关键词
