隐药于酒——药酒的起源与演变研究
Hidden Medicine in Wine:Research on the Origin and Evolution of Medicinal Wine
摘要
Abstract
Medicinal wine,as a unique carrier of the deep integration between traditional Chinese culture and traditional medicine,carries rich historical memories,cultural connotations,and social values.By sorting out medical and cultural historical materials,medicinal wine originated in the pre Qin period,and its basis was laid in the Han Dynasty.It became a cultural symbol of etiquette,medicine,and folk customs,mainly for sacrifice and disease treatment.During the Jin and Tang dynasties,the types of medicinal wine gradually became more diverse and the clinical application scope became more extensive,serving as a spiritual sustenance for literati and scholars.During this period,medicinal wine was not only applied in clinical practice of medical practitioners,but also was influenced by Taoist immortal formulas.Before the Tang Dynasty,low alcohol rice wine was the main base liquor.The complete brewing process and distillation technology during the Song and Yuan dynasties laid a solid foundation for the improvement of the quality of medicinal liquor during the Ming and Qing dynasties.During the Ming and Qing dynasties,medicinal wine reached its golden age of development,with nourishing medicinal wine and flower dew wine becoming the mainstream.By tracing the origins of medicinal wines,examining their distinctive features across successive dynasties,and analyzing their applications in medical practice,this study can provide valuable references for research on Traditional Chinese Medicine-based wine preparations as well as for the development and utilization of the modern medicinal wine industry.关键词
