The Formulation and Comparison of the Collation Norms of Ancient Traditional Chinese Medicine Books since the Founding of the People's Republic of China
摘要
Abstract
This paper takes the collation norms of Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM)books drawn up since the founding of People's Republic of China as the research object.The formulation and implementation process of each collation norms is sorted out,and the structure and content of different norms will be compared and analyzed.The prototype of collation norms of ancient TCM books can be seen in Execution Plan for Collation and Interpretation of Seven Ancient Traditional Chinese Medicine Books(《七本中医古书校释工作执行计划》).The two most representative ones are General Rules for Collation and Annotation of Ancient Traditional Chinese Medicine Books(《中医古籍校注通则》)and Standard Specifications for Study and Compilation of Ancient Traditional Chinese Medicine Books(《中医古籍整理规范》).The cause of collation of ancient TCM books ushers in a great development opportunity after A Set of Guidelines on Stepping up the Preservation and Publication of Ancient Books(《关于推进新时代古籍工作的意见》)is issued.The formulation and implementation process of collation norms of ancient TCM books make this industry act as leading role in the collation of ancient books of science and technology.The study concluded that:the norms were simultaneously drafted along with the establishment of collation project of ancient TCM books,and continued to function after the project.Furthermore,the contents of collation norms are closely related to the purpose,the scale,the selection of books and the form of collation of ancient TCM books.Last but not least,the progress of the cause of collation of ancient TCM books and philology theory of TCM can be reflected in the process of formulating and improving the norms.关键词
