超声心动图多参数联合对心力衰竭患者预后的评估价值分析
Analysis on Evaluation Value of Multi-Parameter Combination of Echocardio-graphy for the Prognosis of Patients with Heart Failure

Abstract
Objective To analyze the evaluation value of multi-parameter combination of echocardiography for the prognosis of patients with heart failure(HF).Methods 60 patients with HF who presented to our hospital from July 2021 to August 2023 were selected as the study group,and another 30 healthy individuals who underwent physical examinations at our hospital during the same period were selected as the control group.All participants underwent echocardiography,to compare the levels of echocardiography parameters(LVEDD,LVPWd,LVPWs,LASV,LVEF)between the study group and the control group,as well as among patients with different prognoses in the study group.The evaluation value of echocardiography parameters alone and in combination for the prognosis of HF patients was analyzed.Results Compared with the control group,LVEDD,LVPWd and LVPWs in the study group were significantly higher,while LASV and LVEF were significantly lower(P<0.05).In the study group,38 patients had good prognosis and 22 patients had poor prognosis after treatment.The LVEDD,LVPWd and LVPWs of patients with good prognosis were lower than those of patients with poor prognosis,while LASV and LVEF were higher than those of patients with poor prognosis(P<0.05).The ROC curve showed that the AUC of the combination of LVEDD,LVPWd,LVPWs,LASV and LVEF in evaluating the prognosis of HF patients was 0.780,higher than that of each parameter alone.Conclusions The multi-parameter combination of echocardiography can effectively predict the prognosis of HF patients,which can provide an important reference for the prognosis evaluation of HF patients.关键词
