电子针疗仪结合黄芪桂枝五物汤治疗脑卒中后偏瘫的效果
Effect of Electroacupuncture Therapy Device Combined with Huangqi Guizhi Wuwu Decoction in the Treatment of Hemiplegia After Stroke

Abstract
Objective To explore the effect of electroacupuncture therapy device combined with Huangqi Guizhi Wuwu Decoction in the treatment of hemiplegia after stroke.Methods 90 patients with post-stroke hemiplegia were randomly divided into the control group(treated with electroacupuncture device)and the experimental group(treated with electroacupuncture device combined with Huangqi Guiizi Wuwu Decoction).The Chinese syndrome scores,limb function,cerebral blood flow dynamics,serum indicators,and treatment effects of the two groups were compared.Results After treatment,the scores of all the traditional Chinese medicine symptoms in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After the treatment,the functional scores of the upper and lower limbs as well as the MWS of the experimental group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the cerebral blood flow velocity and the blood flow of the left/right vertebral arteries and basilar artery in the experimental group were all higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the BDNF level in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group,while the HMGB1 level was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions The combination of electroacupuncture therapy device and Huangqi Guiizi Wuwu Decoction for treatment of patients with post-stroke hemiplegia can improve their clinical symptoms and limb functions,regulate the cerebral blood flow dynamics of the patients,promote the recovery of neurological functions,and the effect is definite.关键词
