近红外线治疗仪联合常规西药治疗糖尿病周围神经病变的效果分析
Analysis on the Effect of Near-Infrared Therapy Device Combined with Con-ventional Western Medicine in the Treatment of Diabetic Peripheral Neuropa-thy

Abstract
Objective To explore the effect of near-infrared therapy device combined with conventional western medicine in the treatment of diabetic peripheral neuropathy(DPN).Methods A total of 108 DPN patients admitted to our hospital from January 2023 to January 2025 were selected as the subjects and divided into experimental group and control group according to the random number table method.The control group was treated with α-lipoic acid,while the experimental group was treated with α-lipoic acid combined with near-infrared therapy device.The clinical efficacy,clinical symptoms,oxidative stress indicators and nerve conduction velocities of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of each dimension of TCSS in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the MDA and AOPPs levels in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group,and the SOD level was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the MCV and SCV in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Near-infrared therapy device combined with conventional western medicine can alleviate the discomfort symptoms of DPN patients,inhibit the body oxidative stress response,and repair the damaged nerves,with definite effect.关键词
