低频重复经颅磁刺激联合倍他司汀治疗持续性姿势-感知性头晕的效果分析
Analysis on the Effect of Low-Frequency Repetitive Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation Combined with Betahistine in the Treatment of Persistent Postu-ral-Perceptual Dizziness

Abstract
Objective To explore the effect of low-frequency repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation(rTMS)combined with betahistine in the treatment of persistent postural-perceptual dizziness(PPPD).Methods 102 PPPD patients admitted to our hospital from February 2023 to February 2025 were selected as the subjects and divided into two groups according to different treatment methods,with 51cases in each group.The control group was treated with betahistine,while the experimental group was treated with betahistine combined with low-frequency rTMS.The therapeutic effects,degree of vertigo,vestibular symptoms,balance function and negative emotions of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).After 4 weeks of treatment,the scores of each dimension of DHI,and the HAMA and HAMD scores in the experimental group were all lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The VSI scores after 1 week,2 weeks and 4 weeks of treatment in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group,and the ABC scores after 2 weeks and 4 weeks of treatment were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Low-frequency rTMS combined with betahistine has better effect in the treatment of PPPD,can improve the vestibular symptoms of patients,reduce their fear of falling,relieve their negative emotions,and improve the quality of life of patients.关键词
