基于不同药芯焊丝的中厚低温钢板焊接接头性能研究
Study on performance of welded joints in medium-thick low-temperature steel plate based on different flux-cored wires

Abstract
To address the insufficient research on welding of medium-thick plate(≥30 mm)low-temperature steel,using 30 mm thick AB/VH32-O65 steel plate as the object,a systematic comparison was conducted on the welding performance of Supercored 81-K2 and Dual Shield II 81-HS flux-cored wires under unified process parameters.The results show that the transverse tensile strength of both wires increases to 540~550 MPa at-65℃,with fractures occurring in the base metal area;the longitudinal tensile strength increases by 7.8%and 5.5%respectively at-65℃,and the yield ratio of Hyundai wire specimens(0.86)is better than that of ESAB(0.91).Charpy impact test results indicate that the minimum impact absorbed energy of Hyundai specimens(76.5 J)is higher than that of ESAB(57.0 J).Metallographic analysis shows that the weld microstructure of Hyundai wire is primarily acicular ferrite,with a quasi-cleavage fracture mode.This study provides an important basis for welding consumable selection in medium-thick plate low-temperature steel welding.关键词
