内压作用下多重增强钢塑复合管力学性能分析
Analysis of mechanical properties of multi-reinforced steel-plastic composite pipe under internal pressure

Abstract
This study focuses on the research of prediction methods for the short-term internal pressure-bearing capacity of multi-reinforced steel-plastic composite pipes(MRSPCP).First,the material properties of each component are obtained through uniaxial tensile tests.Due to deformation induced by the weaving process,the stress-strain relationship of the steel wires cannot be directly derived;instead,equivalent mechanical parameters are determined via inversion calculation.Subsequently,short-term burst tests are conducted on DN315 MRSPCP to evaluate its mechanical performance,with an average burst pressure of 3.83 MPa.Meanwhile,based on the failure characteristics of the failed specimens,the fracture of the steel wire mesh is summarized as the failure criterion.A finite element analysis(FEA)model of MRSPCP is established,and the simulated burst failure pressure when the steel wire mesh fails is 3.66 MPa.The results show that the relative error between the finite element results and the test results is only-4.44%,which verifies the correctness and effectiveness of the finite element model,as well as the rationality of the steel wire mesh fracture failure criterion.Further,based on the finite element model,the variation trends of the pipe's internal pressure-bearing capacity are analyzed under changes in steel wire diameter,pipe wall thickness,and steel wire winding angle.This provides a theoretical foundation for formulating the design method and optimizing the structure of MRSPCP.关键词
