Abstract
There are some explanations for the main contracts of GB/T 150.2-2024 Pressure Vessels—Part 2:Materials and detailed introduction for the related standards of materials and the specific changes compared to GB/T 150.2-2011.GB/T 150.2-2024 integrates 12 specialized material standards for pressure vessels(e.g.,the GB/T 713 series),introduces localized specifications for foreign grades such as SA-516 Gr485 steel,and incorporates advanced technical requirements like qualification index of drop weight test for nil-ductility transition temperature of ferritic steel and austenite stability calculation formulas,systematically revising material classification,performance indicators,and testing methods.Additionally,the standard aligns with TSG 21-2016,clarifying the usage conditions for foreign grades and promoting the substitution of application of domestic new brand materials.Through upgraded technical requirements and optimized standardization,GB/T 150.2-2024 expanded the material application boundaries and enhanced the material's technical specifications,providing clear guidelines for designers,manufacturers,and inspectors.This drives technological advancements in the industry.关键词
