煤化工酸性水汽提系统换热器腐蚀行为及规律研究
Study on the corrosion behavior and laws of heat exchangers in the sour water stripping system of the coal chemical industry

Abstract
Aiming at the corrosion issues of heat exchangers in the sour water stripping systems of the coal chemical industry,the composition and physical parameters of the shell-and-tube medium of the heat exchanger were calculated and analyzed using Aspen Plus process simulation software.The results indicate that the primary corrosive components are CO2,NH3,H2S and H2O,with significantly higher concentrations on the shell side compared to the tube side.The partial pressure product(Kp value)of H2S(g)and NH3(g)is low in the shell side operating environment of the heat exchanger,making it impossible for NH4HS(s)crystals to form.However,as the temperature decreases,the volume fraction of the liquid phase increases,leading to a reaction between HCO3-(l)and NH3(g)to produce carbamate(NH2COO-),which is highly corrosive to metals.Corrosion tests conducted using SEM-EDS and XPS reveal that the corrosion process predominantly occurs on the outer wall of the heat exchanger tubes,exhibiting characteristics such as scouring and pitting corrosion.The remaining corrosion products align with the results from the process simulation.Based on the calculations from Aspen Plus,a three-dimensional model of the heat exchanger is developed.Computational fluid dynamics(CFD)simulations demonstrate that flow occurs around the shell side,with the most severe corrosion observed in areas of high temperature and high velocity.The simulation results are consistent with the observed corrosion morphology in the field.The research results can provide a reference for the corrosion protection of heat exchangers in sour water stripping systems.关键词
