摘要

Abstract

Aiming to address the issues of insufficient grinding capacity,poor targeting of grinding media ratio,and failure to meet production requirements in the primary grinding system of a concentrator in Southwest China,an optimization study on the grinding media ratio was conducted based on Duan's semi-theoretical ball size formula.The results showed that the optimal initial ball size scheme is φ90∶φ80∶φ60∶φ40=15∶20∶40∶25.Under this initial ball loading regime,the content of the+0.2 mm coarse fraction decreased by 4.1 percentage points,the grinding fineness of the 0.2~0.038 mm fraction increased by 2.21 percentage points,and the grinding efficiency was significantly improved.
