Abstract
The copper minerals in the high-sulfur copper ore from Pu'er,Yunnan exhibit fine dissemination grain size and high pyrite content,making copper separation and recovery challenging.Using a combination of lime and organic depressants as pyrite depressants and diethyldithiocarbamate as the copper collector,a closed-circuit flowsheet of"two-stage roughing,two-stage cleaning,two-stage scavenging,with middlings combined and returned to regrinding,plus one roughing,one cleaning,and one scavenging step for copper tailings"was adopted.This process achieved a copper concentrate grade of 18.84%with 80.36%recovery,and a silver grade of 1,403 g/t with 75.55%recovery.For sulfur concentrate,a sulfur grade of 46.78%,copper grade of 0.25%,and sulfur recovery of 93.13%were obtained.These experimental results can provide a reference for the green development of similar types of ores.关键词
