湿法炼锌氧化钴渣选择性分离实验研究
Experimental Study on Selective Separation of Cobalt Oxide Slag from Zinc Hydrometallurgy
摘要
Abstract
Aiming at the challenge of element separation in cobalt oxide slag,potential-controlled selective leaching was adopted,achieving a solution Co/Mn mass ratio exceeding 12,000.For the leaching solution,one-step iron removal achieved a precipitation rate above 99%,with residual iron content below 0.1 mg/L,while loss rates of zinc and cobalt were maintained under 3%;During zinc-cobalt separation,a zinc recovery rate exceeding 95%was achieved along with effective separation from cobalt and other metals.关键词
