有机添加剂对锌电解沉积影响的研究
Study on the Effect of Organic Additives on Zinc Electrolytic Deposition

Abstract
Aiming at the problems of reduced current efficiency and burnt plate redissolution caused by organic additives during the zinc electrowinning process,small-scale electrolysis experiments were conducted to investigate the effects of tannic acid and engine oil dosage on the electrochemical behavior and deposition morphology of zinc electrowinning.The results indicate that an increase in tannic acid led to the appearance of minor granular formations on the cathode zinc surface,while a higher dosage of engine oil resulted in increased surface roughness,embrittlement,and perforation of the burnt deposits.Both additives reduced current efficiency and increased energy consumption.This study provides an basis for controlling the concentration of organic additives in the zinc electrowinning process.关键词
