摘要

Abstract

A review on the application of niobium in radio frequency superconducting cavities was conducted.This paper introduces the fundamental principles and performance requirements of radio frequency superconducting cavities as well as the characteristics of niobium materials.It further explores the manufacturing processes,related technological advancements,and their impacts on the performance of radio frequency superconducting cavities.And it prospects the latest application progress,future development directions,and industrialization prospects of niobium.
