电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱法测定锑及锑合金中10种杂质元素
Determination of 10 Impurity Elements in Antimony and Antimony Alloys by Inductively Coupled Plasma Atomic Emission Spectrometry

Abstract
The national standard analytical methods for impurity elements in antimony and antimony alloys involve cumbersome operations and long processes.A mixed acid of aqua regia and fluoroboric acid was used to dissolve the samples,and inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectrometry(ICP-AES)was employed to determine ten impurity elements in antimony and antimony alloys,namely lead,arsenic,iron,zinc,copper,selenium,bismuth,cadmium,chromium,and tin.The results demonstrated that the linear correlation coefficients of the working curves for the ten impurity elements were all greater than 0.9997.The method detection limits and quantification limits were 0.001~0.07 μg/mL and 0.002~0.2 μg/mL,respectively.The spike recovery rates ranged from 95.8%to 104.2%,and the precision(RSD,n=7)was between 1.7%and 3.3%.The method is efficient,reliable,and accurate.关键词
