Abstract
To address the issue of short service life of the stationary anode furnaces for copper smelting at a certain company,factors influencing the furnace life were systematically analyzed from six aspects:furnace structure design,furnace auxiliary equipment,refractory brick material,furnace maintenance quality,process operation control,and furnace top expansion joint setting.Measures such as optimizing refractory material configuration and transforming furnace auxiliary equipment were adopted.As a result,the service lives of the two anode furnaces were increased from 342 heats to 1,036 heats,and from 555 heats to 1,036 heats respectively.This significantly reduced the frequency of equipment maintenance and associated costs.关键词
