基于LSTM的制酸风机出口压力软测量研究
Research on Soft Sensor Measurement of Acid Production Fan Outlet Pressure Based on LSTM
摘要
Abstract
To address production issues caused by unstable outlet pressure of acid production fans(leading to flow fluctuations)during the conversion of SO2 from copper pyrometallurgy into sulfuric acid,a soft sensor model based on Long Short-Term Memory(LSTM)networks was constructed.Comparative analysis of model performance under different hyperparameter configurations was conducted,achieving high-precision prediction of the fan outlet pressure.The optimized LSTM model demonstrated a mean relative error of less than 5%on the test set,significantly enhancing measurement accuracy and real-time capability.关键词
