Abstract
With the continuous advancement of the carbon trading market and the improvement of its system,carbon pricing mechanisms have gradually become a core policy tool for promoting low-carbon transitions,playing a key role in resource allocation and emission reduction incentives.Based on a review of carbon price fluctuations and the oil and gas industry status in China,this paper constructs a causal relationship between carbon prices and the industry's low-carbon transition and proposes a micro-response mechanism under rising carbon prices.Using panel data from 15 listed oil and gas companies in China(2015-2024),a fixed effects model empirically tests the transmission mechanism.Results show a positive correlation between carbon trading prices and the low-carbon transition of oil and gas companies;firm size has a negative effect,while international oil prices are insignificant.Finally,countermeasures are proposed from the perspectives of carbon market policy optimization and differentiated low-carbon transition in the oil and gas industry,providing micro-level evidence for policy design and empowering industry transformation.关键词
