摘要

Abstract

An integrated catalytic oxidation device for VOCs was designed using Mn-Cu-Ce/13X molecular sieve as an adsorbent-catalyst,with silicon carbide-assisted microwave heating.The study investigates the degradation efficiency of the catalyst and compares the effects of active component content,space velocity,and catalyst stability.Optimal operating parameters were identified:8%CuMn2Ce0.2/13X catalyst and air velocity of 500 h-1.Continuous 72-hour operation demonstrated VOCs catalytic degradation rates above 96%,with high catalyst and system stability.The findings provide theoretical and practical support for industrial VOCs control.
