Abstract
With intensified oil and gas exploration and development,pipeline networks have expanded,facing diverse corrosion factors that may cause leakage,resource waste,and environmental hazards.To address high costs,pollution,inefficiency,and poor operability in corrosion protection,this study investigated key corrosion mechanisms,developed targeted inhibitors,optimized dosing processes,and established monitoring and evaluation methods.Application of the integrated corrosion protection system reduced annual pipeline leakage incidents by 41,extended well repair-free periods by over 160 days,saved RMB 527 000 annually,and reduced environmental risks.This ensured safe and efficient production in mature oilfields.关键词
