炼化污水系统生物法VOCs治理效果评估
Evaluation of VOCs Control Performance of Biological Treatment in Refining Wastewater Systems
摘要
Abstract
A survey was conducted on 78 wastewater collection and transportation systems from 20 refining and petrochemical enterprises in China to investigate VOCs treatment facilities. Results show that 35%of these facilities adopted biological treatment technologies. However, the survey revealed that some facilities using biological methods did not achieve the expected treatment performance during operation, with outlet concentrations of NMHCs and aromatic hydrocarbons even exceeding emission limits, failing to meet increasingly stringent environmental requirements.Field monitoring was carried out on two wastewater exhaust gas treatment facilities at a refining enterprise to evaluate the effectiveness of biological treatment. The results indicated NMHC removal rates of 40.39%and 8.29%,both below the removal efficiency required by GB 31570-2015"Emission Standard of Pollutants for Petroleum Refining Industry",while the maximum outlet concentration of aromatic hydrocarbons reached 14.00 mg/m3.This suggests that biological treatment alone may not effectively handle wastewater exhaust gases.Since biological methods are influenced by multiple factors such as environmental temperature, humidity, filler clogging, and airflow distribution,VOCs removal rates often fail to meet standards. The paper analyzes the reasons for the limited effectiveness of biological treatment and proposes improvement measures, including adjusting microbial living conditions and modifying treatment processes,to enhance VOCs emission control and management in refining enterprises.关键词
