摘要
Abstract
To improve laboratory quality management and ensure accuracy and reliability of monitoring data,control charts for reference materials are used to detect anomalies.Conventional charts are limited to same-batch,same-concentration cases.This study proposes a new chart using measurement error and uncertainty ratio as the y-axis and monitoring frequency as the x-axis.Results show that charts constructed with reference materials of different batches and concentrations better describe"controlled states".The method improves quality management effectiveness,ensures reliable monitoring data,and provides broad applicability in laboratory practice.关键词
