摘要
Abstract
This paper explores the current implementation status of healthy enterprise initiatives in China's petroleum and petrochemical industry and proposes optimization strategies.Based on practical cases,key challenges such as shortages of health management professionals,imprecise risk assessment,and weak mental health management are analyzed.Targeted strategies are suggested,including optimizing health management systems and enhancing occupational health management capacity.The goal is to provide reference and support for promoting sustainable healthy enterprise development in the petroleum and petrochemical industry.关键词
