摘要
Abstract
The petrochemical industry generates large volumes of diverse hazardous wastes with wide sources,posing difficulties for disposal and resource utilization and risks to the environment and human health.This paper analyzes hazardous waste generation,disposal,utilization,and existing problems,introduces the"zero-waste"concept,and summarizes key measures:hazardous waste minimization(e.g.,bleaching earth reduction and detoxification identification),circular economy industrial chains("slurry bed hydrocracking+oil residue hydrogen production+heavy metal incineration"),hazardous waste resource utilization(e.g.,FCC catalyst metal recovery),and co-disposal in cement kilns.Management suggestions are proposed,including improving standards,regional cooperation,and digitalization,providing reference for strengthening hazardous waste management in the petrochemical industry.关键词
