Abstract
With the expansion of the global textile industry,the persistent organic pollutants,heavy met-als and volatile organic compounds released during the production process of printing and dyeing auxiliaries pose a serious threat to water,soil ecosystems and human health.The international community has continu-ously tightened the control of chemicals through environmental protection policies such as the REACH regula-tion and the ZDHC program,driving the printing and dyeing industry to accelerate its green transformation.However,the environmental toxicity mechanisms of traditional additives have not yet been fully clarified.The industrialization of alternative technologies such as bio-based additives and nanomaterials still faces multiple bottlenecks,including performance stability,cost-effectiveness,and the absence of a standard system.A sys-tematic discussion was conducted on the environmental impact path of printing and dyeing auxiliaries,the technology spectrum of green alternatives,and the obstacles to industrial transformation,with the aim of pro-viding theoretical support and practical path references for the sustainable transformation of the printing and dyeing industry.关键词
