Abstract
Taking terminal hydrogen silicone oil and allyl epoxy polyether as raw materials,amino poly-ether silicone oil was synthesized through silica-hydrogen addition reaction catalyzed by polyether amine,and a super hydrophilic organosilicon soft finishing agent was obtained by emulsification.The effects of reaction time,reaction temperature,reactants and solvent additions on the epoxy value were investigated,and the opti-mal synthesis process was obtained through product characterization as:n(terminated hydrogenated silicone oil)∶n(allyl epoxide polyether)=1.0∶2.5,n(polyetheramine)∶n(allyl epoxide polyether)=1.0∶1.2,the mass fraction of isopropanol was 20%(on the total mass of the reactants),the reaction temperature of the synthesized end epoxide silicone oil was 100℃,and the reaction time was 8 h,the synthesis of aminopolyether silicone oil was at the temperature of 90℃,and the reaction time was 6 h.At this point,crude oil with both hydrophilici-ty and softness was obtained.The crude oil was emulsified and configured into finishing solution and then fin-ished on the nylon and elastane blended fabrics,and the softness of the fabrics was rated by touching meth-od,and the softness of the fabrics obtained was level 4-5,and the hydrophilicity time was less than 0.5 s,which achieved the instantaneous hydrophilic effect.关键词
