Abstract
To address issues such as the potential presence of harmful heavy metal ions and insufficient color fastness when dyeing nylon with weak acid dyes,the dyeing properties of vat brilliant violet 2R leuco ac-id on nylon 6 fabric and its influencing factors were investigated.The results indicated that the optimized dye-ing process for vat brilliant violet 2R leuco acid on nylon 6 fabric were as follows:dyeing bath pH 4,dyeing temperature 98℃,and dyeing time 30 min.Reduction clearing could improve the color fastness to rubbing.Adding dispersing agent MF could enhance the color depth value,leveling property and color fastness.Under the optimized process conditions,the color fastness to soaping and perspiration was both at level 4～5,and the color fastness to light was at level 4.关键词
