Abstract
In order to further broaden the application of natural pigments in textile dyeing and finishing,coffee husk was used as raw material to extract coffee husk pigments by ethanol extraction method,and the extraction process was optimized,the dyeing behavior of coffee husk pigment on wool fabric was studied.The results showed that the optimum process of ethanol extraction was 40%ethanol concentration,tempera-ture 70℃,time 90 min,solid-liquid ratio 1∶20.The optimum process of direct dyeing of wool fabric was pH 3.5,temperature 95℃,time 60 min.Mordant dyeing could change the K/S value and color characteristic value of the dyed fabric to a certain extent,and also improved the color fastness of the dyed fabric to meet the re-quirements of wearing textiles.关键词
