Abstract
In order to facilitate weaving,all-polyester warp knitted jacquard fabrics require sizing yarns,which results in the COD value of the dyeing solution being higher than that of general fabrics during the dye-ing process.The dye uptake rate,pH,leveling agent content and cationic fixing agent were investigated to ob-tain the optimized process:dyes with an uptake rate of over 90%were selected,the pH of the dyeing solution was maintained at around 5,the high-temperature leveling agent dosage was 0.6%(omf),the dyeing tempera-ture was 130℃,and the dosage of the fixing agent ST2130 was 3%(omf).The results showed that the COD value decreased from the original 14 930 mg/L to 3 540 mg/L,with a decrease rate as high as 76.3%,which greatly reduced the treatment cost of dyeing and printing wastewater.The color fastness of the larger goods improved in the process,especially the wet rubbing color fastness could be increased by level 0.5,and the col-or difference from the standard of the larger goods was 0.19,which met the customer's requirements.关键词
