High-permeability process for disperse digital printing on polyester plush fabric

系统探讨了涤纶毛绒面料在高温分散数码直喷印花条件下的高渗透工艺,比较干态和湿态打印对毛绒面料渗透的影响,不同渗透剂及其用量对渗透效果的影响,还测试了不同数码前处理助剂和不同用量渗透剂对渗透效果和打印精细度的影响.结果表明,当面料采用湿态打印、前处理剂916用量为1%、渗透剂467F用量为7%时,面料的渗透效果最佳,中深色渗透率可达100%,且打印精细度达到理想水平,各项色牢度均达到4级及以上.

High-permeability process of polyester plush fabrics under high-temperature disperse digital direct printing conditions was explored.The effects of dry and wet printing on fabric permeability were com-pared,along with the impact of different penetrants and their dosages on permeability.Additionally,the influ-ence of various digital pre-treatment agents and penetrant dosages on permeability and printing precision was tested.The results showed that the optimal permeability was achieved when the fabric was printed in a wet state,with 1%pre-treatment agent 916 and 7%penetrant 467F.Under these conditions,the permeability for medium to dark colors reached 100%,the printing precision attained an ideal level,and all fastness properties met or exceeded level 4.
