Application of electronic control technology in the automation of printing and dyeing processes
摘要
Abstract
The innovative role of electronic control technology in the entire printing and dyeing process was explored,with a focus on analyzing its specific applications in the precise regulation of parameters in the pretreatment process,dynamic monitoring of the dyeing process,digital operation of the printing process,and intelligent optimization of the post-treatment process.The research indicated that the development of intelli-gent control algorithms could achieve real-time adaptive adjustment of process parameters.The integrated ap-plication of industrial Internet platforms helped to build a full-process digital management system,while the in-tegration of green manufacturing technologies provided an innovative path for energy conservation and emis-sion reduction.The results showed that the application of electronic control technology promoted the evolu-tion of traditional printing and dyeing processes towards intelligence and greenness.It provided technical sup-port for the sustainable development of the textile industry.关键词
