重复经颅磁刺激联合生物反馈疗法对精神分裂症患者认知功能及情绪的影响
Effects of repeated transcranial magnetic stimulation combined with biofeedback therapy on cognitive function and emotion in patients with schizophrenia

Abstract
Objective To investigate the effects of repeated transcranial magnetic stimulation combined with biofeedback therapy on cognitive function and emotion in patients with schizophrenia.Methods One hundred patients with schizophrenia were selected as research subjects and randomly divided into a study group and a control group,with 50 cases in each group.The control group received oral administration of blonanserin tablets combined with biofeedback therapy,while the study group received repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation on the basis of the control group's treatment.Both groups of patients received treatment for 4 weeks.After treatment,the following parameters were compared between the two groups of patients:cognitive function scores(assessed by the Mini-Mental State Examination[MMSE]and Montreal Cognitive Assessment[MoCA]),Positive and Negative Syndrome Scale(PANSS)scores,clinical efficacy,emotional scores(assessed by the Hamilton Depression Scale[HAMD]and Hamilton Anxiety Scale[HAMA]),and the incidence of adverse reactions during treatment.Results After treatment,the MMSE scores and MoCA scores of patients in both groups were higher than those before treatment,and the aforementioned scores in the study group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the positive symptom scores,negative symptom scores,general psychopathology scores,and total PANSS scores of patients in both groups were lower than those before treatment,and the aforementioned scores in the study group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of treatment in the study group was higher than that in the control group,and its therapeutic effect was superior to that of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the HAMA and HAMD scores of patients in both groups were lower than those before treatment,and the aforementioned scores in the study group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Meanwhile,the incidence of adverse reactions in the study group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion On the basis of treatment with oral blonanserin tablets combined with biofeedback therapy,the additional application of repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation in the treatment of patients with schizophrenia can not only enhance patients'cognitive function,but also ameliorate both negative and positive symptoms as well as negative emotions,demonstrating favorable therapeutic effects.关键词
