Abstract
Objective To investigate the prognostic significance of disulfidptosis-related long non-coding RNA(lncRNA)in Wilms tumor.Methods Transcriptome data sets and clinical data sets of Wilms tumor children with complete survival data were downloaded from the public TARGET database.Disulfidptosis-related genes were obtained from published literatures at home and abroad,and lncRNAs related to the prognosis of disulfidptosis were screened by co-expression analysis,single factor Cox regression analysis,Lasso regression analysis and multivariate Cox regression analysis to construct the model.Kaplan-Meier survival curve analysis,independent prognostic analysis,C-index analysis,receiver operating characteristic(ROC)curve and nomogram were used to verify the predictive efficacy of the model.Finally,the differences of tumor microenvironment and immune function were analyzed in the samples of high and low risk groups.Results Seven lncRNAs(AC008269.1、AC010501.2、AC068700.1、LINC02637、LINC01786、AC010320.2、CLCA4-AS1)were finally screened for the construction of a prognostic model through the above methods.The internally validation showed that the model had great efficacy in distinguishing between high-risk and low-risk patients and in determining prognosis.In addition,there were statistical differences in the composition of the tumor microenvironment and immune function in the samples of high-risk and low-risk groups.Conclusion Based on bioinformatics methods,a prognostic model of disulfidptosis-related lncRNAs in Wilms tumor was successfully constructed,which has important value in the selection of treatment options,prognosis and new therapeutic targets.关键词
