2021-2023年某院麻醉科和非麻醉科特殊管制类镇痛药的临床应用现状调查
Investigation on the Clinical Application Status of Special Controlled Analgesic Drugs in Anesthesiology Department and Non-anesthesiology Department of a Hospital from 2021 to 2023

Abstract
Objective To investigate the clinical application of special controlled analgesics in the anesthesiology department and non-anesthesiology department of the hospital from 2021 to 2023.Methods From 2021 to 2023,patients who used special controlled analgesics in the non-anesthesiology department of our hospital were selected as the control group,and the anesthesiology department was used as the observation group,180 cases each.The use of special controlled analgesic drugs,analgesic treatment level and clinical application management were compared between the two groups.Results There was no significant difference in the frequency of use of various special controlled analgesic drugs between the two groups(P＞0.05).The qualified rate of the therapeutic effect of special controlled analgesic drugs in the observation group was 95.56%,which was higher than 68.33%in the control group,and it was better than the control group in terms of drug analgesic effect,other and total score(P＜0.05).The qualified rate of the rationality of the treatment of special controlled analgesic drugs in the observation group was 93.33%,which was higher than 67.78%in the control group,and it was better than the control group in terms of the dose and course of treatment,other and total score(P＜0.05).The qualified rate of standardized management of special controlled analgesic drugs in the observation group was 90.00%,which was higher than 65.56%in the control group,and it was better than the control group in terms of the medical record and follow-up,other and total score(P＜0.05).Conclusion The application and management level of special controlled analgesic drugs in anesthesiology department is higher than that in non-anesthesiology department.Therefore,it can be seen that strengthening training and strict management are very important to improve the level of drug application.关键词
