Abstract
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of ambroxol injection and acetylcysteine solution for inhalation on pneumonia in children and its effect on serum inflammatory indexes.Methods A total of 62 children with pneumonia admitted to Xinfeng County Maternal and Child Health Hospital from November 2022 to May 2024 were selected as the research objects.According to the random number table method,they were divided into control group and study group,with 31 children in each group.Both groups were given basic treatment such as anti-virus,relieving asthma,resolving phlegm and relieving cough,and anti-infection.The control group was treated with ambroxol hydrochloride injection,and the study group was treated with acetylcysteine solution for inhalation on the basis of the control group.The clinical efficacy,clinical symptom regression time(fever,sputum,asthma,lung moist rales),serum inflammatory index levels[lymphocyte percentage,neutrophil percentage,white blood cell count,C-reactive protein(CRP)]were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the study group was higher than that in the control group(P＜0.05).The clinical symptom regression time of the study group was shorter than that of the control group(P＜0.05).After treatment,the lymphocyte percentage,neutrophil percentage,white blood cell count and CRP level in the study group were lower than those in the control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion The clinical efficacy of ambroxol injection and acetylcysteine solution for inhalation in the treatment of children with pneumonia is definite,which can shorten the remission time of clinical symptoms and reduce the inflammatory response of children.It is worthy of clinical application.关键词
